In order to close a support or ticket request, do the following steps:
- Go to the “Support Requests” section from the “Support” menu.
- Find your intended request in the displayed submitted requests list and then click on the “View Ticket” option.
- If the problem was solved, you can use the “Close Ticket” button. If you close the ticket, support unit will see the status of the ticket as “Closed” and will no longer send a reply to the user.
