How can I submit an inquiry request?

In order to submit an inquiry request you should go to the “My abarlink-> Inquiry->Inquiry Request”  menu and take the following actions:

  • Click on the “Add New” button.
  • You must add at least one item to the request before you can submit the it. In order to do this, click on the “Add Item” button.
  • You can select the goods that you have registered on the basic product list or register a new one.
  • In order to select a basic product, enter a part of the product name, all basic products containing this name will appear, select your intended product.
  • If you have not already registered the goods information, click on the +, the basic product information form will be opened and you can enter the intended information.
  • You can enter an “Alias Name” for your product.
  • Complete the amount of demand and the measurement unit fields.
  • Enter some descriptions about the product if it was needed.
  • Click on the “Save” button.
  • If you would like to add another item to your inquiry request, click on the “Add Item” button once more and repeat the steps above. After adding all the intended products, take the following actions:
  • You can enter “Description” for the inquiry product.
  • Complete other fields such as “Submitting Method”, “Preferred Price”, “Monetary unit”, “Destination Port” and the “Payment Method”, if necessary.
  • You can attach up to 3 files with rar,txt, xlsx, xls,docx, doc, pdf, gif, png, jpeg, jpg and zip suffixes and with the lower volume of 3 MB.
  • If all sections of this form are completed correctly, click on the “Next Step” button.
  • In the publication form, specify the “Start Date”, “End Date” and the “Expiration Date” of the inquiry. If you do not specify the start date and the end date, your inquiry will be displayed to users up to 30 days.
  • If you want to make your inquiry public on the website and all users of the website will be able to see it, do NOT check the “Limited Publication” option.
  • If you only want to send your inquiry to specific people, check the “Limited Publication” option. By checking this option, the “Publication for Business Partners Group” section will be displayed. In this section, you can select up to three groups that you have already registered on the website.
  • Group member companies will be displayed in the "Receiving Companies" section. Companies that are members of more than one group, will be displayed once. In this section you can delete each one of the companies if it was necessary. Also, you can add a new company by entering its code. After entering the company’s code, the company name will be displayed and added if the code was correct. If you want to submit an inquiry to users outside the abarlink website as well, enter your intended email addresses in the “Publish to outside of the system” section.
  • If you have entered all the information correctly, click on the “Publish” button.
  • Your inquiry will be sent to the people that you have selected.
