Yes, you can register your intended goods and services without publishing them. For this purpose, you should uncheck the “Published” option at the “Publishing Actions” sheet in the “Product Information” form. You can also limit the publishing time period of your goods and services by using “Publishing Start Date” and “Publishing End Date”.
