    The product is a solid emulsion of water in oil, pale yellow, creamy and homogenous with no streaking or obvious free moisture. Made from pasteurized fresh cream obtained from whole cow's milk, chilled and aged before churning and salt on a continuous creamery to obtain a finished product of at least 80 percent fat and a salt content is not exceeding 2.0 percent
